Relationship Management with Leads
Knowledge and understanding of customer environment, needs and solutions
Provide quality and innovative solutions to the customer, create and generate demand
Lead the deal process, negotiation and closure
Establish customer value objectives with customer executives
Become main C-TRUE focal point for all customer needs
Research and analyze the customer’s business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement
Involve customer in C-TRUE’s business plan development
Ensure C-TRUE delivers on all commitments
Foster a sales team spirit and cooperative working relationship
Indentify, close and manage sales channels
Meeting sales targets for C-TRUE in a territory (bookings, revenues, collections)
Growth of bookings from new business initiatives (new products, new customers)
Customer satisfaction from sales interactions
Strong presentation and sales skills
Enthusiastic personality, self- motivated, entrepreneur
High communication and inter-personal skills

Ability to plan, lead and execute complex processes

Mandatory Background & Experience
An experienced sales person, preferably in the HLS markets, with international sales experience.
Contract/commercial negotiation experience with complex, high value enterprise software solutions
Engineering background
